Living a Fluid Life

Definition of Fluid -
pertaining to something that easily changes its shape; capable of flowing.
changing readily; shifting; not fixed, stable, or rigid: fluid movements.
This month I was thinking of water and the properties that it has. It has an ability to flow and pick things up, like at tide lifting boats in a harbour. Water is a fluid; it can change direction or find a way through or around where there seems no way.
Water can be poured into soil and soften the hardest ground, water can evaporate turn into small clouds and become relief for famine lands, water can be risky and dangerous or gentle and refreshing.
Water can bring new life, sustain life, water can be beautiful or practical to clean the dirtiest object.
Water has the ability to flow through its surroundings, smaller streams pushing through and creating waterfalls that are uncontainable. Small streams coming together to become a force to be reckoned with. Water is the biggest part of our planet and the biggest percentage of our body.

I think we should have a fluid lifestyle, have the ability to change and move in whatever the direction requires. To join with others, to risk, dare to try new things and not be contained, become fluid in our thoughts flowing, shifting, growing and not become rigid. Find new ways  to include others and bring life, clean, grow and sustain those who need living water.
In 2010 lets bring refreshing and reveal the nature of the One who directs what we do.
2Pe 3:5 But they deliberately forget that long ago by God’s word the heavens existed and the earth was formed out of water and by water.
